One of the best gyms in Macao! I've been to other gyms outside of Macao and they do not provide the above and beyond services that this gym provides. Examples include free towel services, digital locks (no need to bring your own), sauna room, and free protein shakes for every workout session with the trainers. The staff members are extremely friendly and welcoming especially Daniela and my trainer, Jayson. I also like the fact that there is a sense of community at the gym and a wide selection of classes to try out! For those looking to workout, I highly recommend to try Macao Fitness!
First time at this gym, and it did not fail to impress. The environment, trainers and people are all so helpful, welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend it to anyone interested in joining a gym, especially if they are new like me. 🙂
I have been here for 6 years since 2014 till now and lot of changes for me. I having 2 kids and still can maintain my body to be fit. The classes here is amazing and also the the staff and trainer very friendly and helpful. So far I can say its the best gym in Macau. Love Macau fitness ❤️
Great gym, very clean and has the latest equipment. They also have a variety of group classes for everyone to get involved. Would definitely recommend for everyone no matter your experience with fitness!
