INFRARED HOT YOGA
PRACTICED IN A HEATED ROOM using infrared heat FOCUSING ON INCREASING FLEXIBILITY AND CONNECTING THE MIND AND THE BODY. THE HEAT WOULD REQUIRE PHYSICAL EFFORT TO DO POSTURES, WHICH ALSO AIDS TO CONDITION THE BODY. MEMBERS ARE SUGGESTED TO BRING THEIR OWN YOGA MAT OR HOT YOGA TOWEL FOR HYGIENIC REASONS. OTHERWISE, YOU MAY RENT A HOT YOGA TOWEL AT THE RECEPTION.

AERIAL YOGA
THIS ACTIVITY IS SPECIALIZED WITH A USAGE OF A HAMMOCK. THE HAMMOCK HELPS TO ALLEVIATE STRESS AND REDUCE GRAVITY ON THE JOINTS AND THE SPINE. THIS CLASS ALSO HELPS TO IMPROVE YOUR UPPER BODY STRENGTH AND CORE, WHILE ALSO GIVES YOU A CHANCE TO BE IN DEEP RELAXATION.

YOGA WHEEL
YOU will explore this prop (Yoga Wheel) IN THE CONTEXT OF A COMPLETE YOGA PRACTICE. FIND NEW WAYS TO APPROACH SOME OF YOUR FAVORITE POSES AND TO SAFELY PROGRESS INTO ASANAS THAT YOU FIND CHALLENGING.
HATHA YOGA
Focuses on static postures held for slightly longer duration of up to 20-25 Sec. It enables students to establish a solid foundation in classic Hatha postures, with a strong focus on breath and safe alignments. We will also take time to break down certain alignments of the postures where necessary. It is a complete practice encompassing cleansing, postures, pranayama and relaxation.
Cues for basic, intermediate/advanced variations of postures may be provided to cater to all levels. Suitable for all levels or those new to yoga to learn or deepen the foundations of the practice.
ASHTANGA YOGA
An Ashtanga yoga led class is a traditional class, counted in Sanskrit that takes you through a led primary series of the Ashtanga Vinyasamethod. Students are led through the vinyasas in a continuous fashion, with an emphasis on asana names and breath counts.
VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa is a flow-based practice that seamlessly combines postures to help you build strength, endurance, and flexibility. Energising and dynamic, be prepared to keep moving and get your heart pumping! Due to the continuous nature of this class, there is little or no time for detailed explanation/cues, so understanding of basic poses is recommended. Inversions and arm balances may be introduced. Preparatory or modified variations will be provided to cater to various proficiency levels of students.
Suitable for students with prior or consistent Yoga practice.
